“Green” Screed, 98% Recycled Material
The Scenario
The domestic client in Newbury, Berkshire, required the “swimming pool room” to be turned into a new living room. This was a green project, so had to be as carbon neutral and environmentally-friendly as possible.
The Solution
Flow Screed Services Surrey pumped 5m3 of Gypsol Classic screed, which is made from 98% recycled material.
We pumped the screed 65 metres from the driveway because access to the domestic property in Newbury was tight.
The old swimming pool room was converted and the flowing screed was pumped over an underfloor heating system.
